Quarters Real Estate Services can will supply management services to Homeowner Associations on a yearly basis or contract for multiple year services.

  • Management of HOA

    The Management Company will collect HOA fees from property owners.

    • A portal will be set up for owner access to make payments for their monthly HOA fees.
    • Payment will also be accepted via mail to the Management Company’s at the Management Company’s office address.
    • The HOA Board will be provided with portal access to review HOA financial and dues reports.
    • A monthly financial and dues reports will be provided to the HOA Board via e-mail to designated HOA Board member(s).
    • Financial and dues reports will be provided for each HOA meeting.
    • The Management Company will send letters to property owners when dues are late.

  • Establishment of HOA Trust Account

    • The Management Company will establish a trust account to be used for the deposit of HOA fees collected and payment of HOA authorized payments.
    • Trust account reports will be provided at HOA meetings.

  • Coordination of HOA Approved Services

    • The Management Company will coordinate HOA Board-approved services.
    • When necessary The Management Company will get bids for services and present findings at HOA Board meetings or to the HOA officers.
    • The Management Company will make payments to Board approved contractors.  Payments will be made upon receipt of bills.
